07/05/2013 - Faming Simulator Coming This Summer to Xbox and PS3
FARMING SIMULATOR ON CONSOLE AND A SUMMER TRAILER WITH AN AMERICAN FLAVOR!

A genuine phenomenon, Farming Simulator amazed the whole world when the 2013 PC version became a truly global best-seller.

The famous farming sim from Giants Software is preparing to launch in September for the first time on PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360®, but meanwhile the Summer Trailer of this Farming Simulator, developed specifically for home console, reveals the new features and content on console!

This first video of Farming Simulator on console focuses on some new features on Xbox 360 and PS3. An entirely new American backdrop has now been added to the extensive European environment familiar to PC players, which will double the size of the gameplay area in Farming Simulator. Inspired by typical American farms, this new and monumental terrain represents a total change of scene, with new locations, fresh development opportunities for your farm and even bigger fields suitable for the largest agricultural machinery available in the game.

The trailer video presents some of the new vehicles that will expand the huge number of agricultural vehicles and machinery in Farming Simulator. See them in action in the middle of vast fields and at some stunning landmarks in this new American setting! You will also recognize the Case IH Axial-Flow harvester and the Magnum 340. The range of machinery from famous manufacturers, will enable you to carry out your tasks with greater efficiency... particularly on the new game map.

Farming Simulator on PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360® still retains all the elements that made the Farming Simulator series so successful by conveying the finer points of agriculture and life on the farm. Here, you will confront the challenges faced by a 21st century farmer and raise livestock, grow crops, sell produce and purchase new vehicles and machinery… manage your own farm every day in a fully open world!

Grab your controllers, because Farming Simulator is scheduled for release on PlayStation®3 and Xbox 360® in the first week of September!

07/03/2013 - Tactical Intervention Coming Soon on Steam
Coming Soon: Tactical Intervention on Steam

1337 Games announces worldwide launch of its free first-person shooter

Berlin, July 3 2013: With Counter-Strike, Minh "Gooseman" Le has created one of the biggest phenomena of the video game world. He co-developed the Half-Life mod which - until today - is one of the most successful tactical shooters and has deeply influenced a whole generation of players and an entire industry.

Having honed his skills for the past seven years at Valve, Minh Le has now partnered with developers from Fix Korea to present his latest stroke of genius: Tactical Intervention. Focused on adrenaline-fueled, action-packed combat, Tactical Intervention is a consistent advancement of the team-based tactical shooter genre. This August, the game will have its worldwide release via Steam, where players can download and play it for free.

Intensive Game Play
Tactical Intervention combines established strengths with innovative features. Based on the classic ‘Terrorists vs. Counter-Terrorists’ setting, players can expect highly dynamic and intense gameplay. Teamwork, strategic thinking and fast reflexes are absolutely essential for victory. Wielding dozens of authentic weapons, deploying of savage attack dogs, hiding behind tactical shields or hostages, performing a drive-by and rappelling down buildings; these are just some of the features that provide the unique gaming experience that is Tactical Intervention.

Realistic scenarios and new game modes
The thoughtfully designed maps are based on realistic scenarios and offer toe-to-toe confrontations. Among others, terrorist and anti-terrorist units will face each other down in shopping malls, across industrial parks, inside subway stations and on the tops of skyscrapers. Depending on game mode and team selection, players must set up or defuse bombs, rescue or capture hostages or emerge from team death-match duels as winners.

The highway mission represents a brand new challenge for all shooter fans: In a high-speed car chase a VIP needs to be either protected or taken out. In this mode, not only are aiming and tactics of great importance, but players’ driving skills are also put to the test. They have to make sure to avoid the helicopter, or find the RPG-7 and take it out.

Tactical Intervention will be released worldwide via Steam this August. For more information about the game please visit the official website at

07/01/2013 - Call of Duty Ghosts Pre-Order Bonus DLC Map
CALL OF DUTY®: GHOSTS UPS THE ANTE WITH ALL-NEW DOWNLOADABLE BONUS MAP AVAILABLE WITH PRE-ORDER
Activision Shares New Multiplayer Information on Next Generation of Call of Duty®

Dynamic Map “Free Fall” Delivers New Multiplayer Experience As Players Encounter Constantly Changing Environment

London, UK – 1st July, 2013 –
The franchise that has defined a generation of gaming, and the one set to raise the bar yet again on the 5th of November, is delivering a compelling, all-new pre-order incentive for Call of Duty: Ghosts’ highly anticipated multiplayer mode.  Available exclusively at GAME in the UK and Gamestop in Ireland, fans that pre-order the game will receive the Free Fall downloadable bonus map that features the new dynamic map event mechanic, included with their copy of the game at launch.  Free Fall ushers in the first details on how players will encounter the changing environments in the leading multiplayer experience on consoles.

As an example of just one of Call of Duty: Ghosts’ new dynamic map events, Free Fall drops players into a shattered skyscraper on the brink of collapse. Sideways staircases climb into the night sky, elevator shafts run along the ground, and what were once windows now form a terrifying glass floor, hundreds of feet above the city streets.  Free Fall’s close-quarters combat and frenetic action are then thrown into overdrive as the ruined skyscraper continues to fall throughout the match. With every drop, the accompanying shockwaves cause further destruction, disrupting sightlines and constantly evolving paths and chokepoints as the map changes in real-time.

"Dynamic map events change the way players approach the game, and Free Fall does a great job illustrating this new mechanic,” said Mark Rubin, executive producer at Infinity Ward. “As the match progresses, the geometry of the world continues to change and players need to adjust on the fly or else.  It’s a really fun new feature that adds layers of strategy and constantly evolving gameplay options for players.  And this is just one of the many new approaches we’re putting into Ghosts’ multiplayer across the board.  There’s so much more that we look forward to sharing in the weeks to come."

Call of Duty: Ghosts, published by Activision Publishing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard (Nasdaq:
ATVI), and developed by Infinity Ward, the studio that created the original Call of Duty and the seminal Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® series, features an all-new world, story, characters and experiences, all powered by a new, next-gen engine.  Call of Duty: Ghosts is not only a stunning leap forward for the mega-hit franchise, but also showcases what's possible on next generation consoles.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PC on 5th November. Call of Duty: Ghosts will also release on the Xbox One, the all-in one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PlayStation® 4 later this year. Call of Duty: Ghosts has not yet been rated PEGI. For more information, please visit
