10/15/2012 - Pixel Factor Releases Pirate Plunder on iOSPixel Factory Launches Pirate Plunder – New Action-Puzzle Game
Pirate
Plunder offers easy-to-learn controls combined with increasingly challenging ‘connection’ gameplay as players
advance through each unique level.
ST. LOUIS, MO – OCT. 15, 2012, Pixel Factory, today announced
the release of the newest action-puzzle game, Pirate Plunder for iOS devices. Players are tasked with connecting the
stranded pirate parrot to all of his treasure scattered across the ocean using only a set number of barrels to progress through
each level. Using a never before seen gameplay mechanic, players must use TNT to blast through obstacles, discover buried
treasure, avoid deadly mines, and maneuver around the level to make a path for connections in order to connect Captain BlackJack
with his lost booty. Stunning visuals showcase Apple’s retina display, while cartoon visuals and entertaining
audio create a fresh and addictive experience for players of every age.
“Challenging is definitely one word
you could use to describe Pirate Plunder,” said Trey Baugher, Founder of Pixel Factory and creator of the game. “Unique
is another. Similar to when Angry Birds burst onto the scene with it ‘sling shot’ gameplay, Pirate Plunder
is bringing its own new ‘connection’ gameplay front and center. It’s not until you start playing that

Players can decide how much they want to challenge
themselves with the implementation of the "3 Star" reward system, or "Jems" in the case of Pirate Plunder.
Earning three "Jems" on each level will truly fry players’ brains, in a good way. A non-violent, thought-provoking
game meant to hone gamers’ analytical skills, is sure to entertain.
